The Record of Injustice
A transparent, evidence-based archive documenting how ordinary people can be trapped by a system meant to serve them.
Each case presented here represents a piece of a larger story, one that exposes how due process and fairness can erode when everyday citizens try to seek justice without the protection of counsel.
These cases span civil, business, landlord–tenant, and estate disputes, each different in subject, but unified by a pattern of procedural obstruction, bias, and disregard for accountability. Nearly every case I will document here was initiated against me, not by me, and in each instance, the filings lacked documented evidence of cause, and violated my basic rights to equity and due process.
What followed was not a pursuit of truth, but a process that rewarded whoever had counsel and connections. Through these records, I aim to show how easily a person can be pulled into years of litigation, not because they did something wrong, but because the system allows cases to proceed without proof, oversight, or accountability.
That’s right, these cases are allowed to carry on when the evidence shows clearly that the sole purpose is to harass and harm. Once one case is filed, there is a narrative built for the next case against you…before you know it, being a defendant becomes your identity.
What you’ll find here are not opinions, but records: filings, transcripts, and correspondence that show how the system functions when challenged by those it was designed to protect.
The purpose of this archive is not to sensationalize, but to make visible what is too often hidden in plain sight.
